Living Room:
You walk into a open and spacious living room with a coat closet located right by the front door. Since there is no bathroom downstairs, it makes for a larger living room. The front entryway is tiled to help protect the carpet during the winter.
Kitchen and Dining Area:
The kitchen and dining area is completely tiled. We have a dishwasher right next to the sink, the refrigerator was replaced in 2010, and there is a lot of cupboard space, including a nice pantry area. We can also leave the kitchen cart for extra storage and counter space at no extra charge. The door in the kitchen leads out onto a little patio.
2nd Bedroom
We have two girls who have been occupying our second bedroom. The younger one is still in a toddler bed, so this room has bunk beds (for when the younger is old enough to use it), a toddler bed, and a dresser, with room to spare. Very spacious. The closet is also very large with extra shelving for easy storage. In 2010 we re-painted the walls a fun textured purple.
The Bathroom
The bathroom is well lit with a large mirror. There is a little medicine cabinet located by the door. We can also leave the unit above the toilet for extra storage.
Master Bedroom:
The master bedroom is nice and spacious with two big closets that connect. Plenty of room for shoes and clothes. In 2010 we painted it a very pretty light blue.
The Hallway:
The hallway between the two bedrooms has a large storage closet with built in shelves for plenty of extra storage space right across from the bathroom. I took this picture from the master bedroom. To the right is the door to the bathroom, straight across is the 2nd bedroom, and to the left of the bedroom is the smaller hallway to the stairs.
The Basement
The part of the basement that is finished is very spacious. We have two ellipticals downstairs plus the other furniture and there's still plenty of room. The storage area is also very large and has lots of shelves. There is also a washer and dryer hook-up.
